DólarBlueBo exists to answer one practical question: what is the Bolivian blue dollar rate right now? The site shows buy, sell, spread and trend for USDT/BOB without clutter.

The reference comes from Binance P2P because it is public, frequent and easy to compare. It is not the official rate and not a promise of execution; it is an indicative read of the digital parallel market many Bolivians already watch.

Since December 2025 Bolivia has three dollar prices: the fixed official rate (6.86 / 6.96 Bs), the daily referential value the Central Bank publishes under Supreme Decree 5620, and the parallel or blue rate. The site shows all three, with the parallel rate front and center, because it best reflects real access to dollars.
